will be observed at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton) at 10 a.m. The keynote speaker is Maj. Gen. James Everette Livingston, USMC (Ret). Livingston served in Vietnam and is the recipient of the Medal of Honor and Purple Heart, among other decorations. Attendees are asked to carpool and arrive early, as parking is limited.
