Second Annual Mother-Son Camp Out.

Proctor Landing Park. Check-in and campsite setup begin at 1 p.m. Sponsored by Acworth Parks, Recreation and Community Resource Department. Open to mothers and their sons who are age 13 or younger. Participants camp alongside beautiful Lake Allatoona while learning about nature and participating in a variety of outdoor activities. Dinner is provided, as well as breakfast the following morning. Campers must provide their own snacks and camping equipment. Not an experienced camper? No worries!
